Achieving Privacy-Preserving DSSE for Intelligent IoT Healthcare System

As the product of combining Internet Things (IoT), cloud computing, and traditional healthcare, Intelligent IoT Healthcare (IIoTH) brings us a lot convenience, meanwhile security privacy issues have attracted great attention. Dynamic searchable symmetric encryption (DSSE) technique can make user search dynamic healthcare information from IIoTH system under condition that is protected. In this article, novel privacy-preserving DSSE scheme for proposed. It first designed personal health record (PHR) files database with forward security. We construct secure index based on hash chain realize trapdoor updates resisting file injection attacks. addition, we fine-grained over encrypted PHR attribute-value type. When executes operations, he/she gets only matched attribute value instead whole file. result, communication cost reduced disclosure patient's minimized. The proposed also achieves access control, which allows users different authorities to values. specific analysis experiments show efficiency scheme.
